This Aluminum Profile Cutting And Milling Center is suitable for uPVC & aluminum window and door profile cutting, and end milling with high efficiency.
This machine has three parts: feeding system, cutting & milling system, and unloading system.
Feeding table clamp profile automatically. And Feed profile continuously and accurately.
One time could load 8 pcs profiles. 2 lengths profiles as one group.
Moving parts use a high-precision linear guide rail. So that it will keep the machine running smoothly & ensure accuracy.
The cutting part of the Aluminum Profile Cutting And Milling Center could be cut 90 degrees.
We use the imported control system with software programming. to ensure the machine running stable and reliable.
Innovative saw blade travel path effectively avoids sweeping profile while the blade returns.
The uPVC & Aluminum Window Profile CNC Machining Center also uses a fully protective shell to ensure the safety of the operator.

The movement of the manipulator is driven by a servo motor. It uses the imported high precision gear rack transmission. This could also ensure feeding precision.
